After Sales Service

Warranty & After Sale Service:

(1) Customer is required to present a valid purchase invoice or a receipt when service is requested.

(2) Product Warranty:

1 year warranty shall be provided for all of De'Longhi and Kenwood products (including Kitchen Machine Attachments) and 2 years warranty for all of Braun products and 1 year warranty for Braun hand blender accessory from the invoice date, except:

3 years warranty for all of De'Longhi Oil-Filled Radiator

5 years warranty for designated Kenwood designated Kitchen Machines (KCL95.004SI, KWL90.004SI, KVC85.004SI, KVL65.001WH, KCC9040S, KVL8300S, KVC7300S, KVL6100B/P, KVL4100S, KVC3100W)

1 year warranty for the main machine and 5 years warranty for the compressor of all of De’Longhi Dehumidifier and Portable Air Conditioner

(3) Within the warranty period, all products are eligible for free carry-in repair service. Designated products are eligible for free pick-up and delivery service to and from our Service Centres in the first year, see (4) for details.

(4) Maintenance and delivery service charges:

The following products are eligible for free pick-up and delivery service to/from our Service Centres to/from urban districts in the first year. A surcharge shall be levied on Tung Chung & Discovery Bay districts, and the charges are as below:

De'Longhi Fully Automatic Coffee Machine, Kenwood designated Kitchen Machines (KCL95.004, KWL90.004, KVC85.004, KVL65.001, KCC9040S, KVL8300S, KVC7300S, KVL6100B/P, KVL4100S, KVC3100W), De'Longhi Oil-Filled Radiator, De'Longhi Dehumidifier (12 Liter above) & De'Longhi Portable Air Conditioner (installation not included).

Pick-up & delivery service charges:

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories Districts (Within warranty):

Free of charge

Outlying Islands (Within warranty):	$180 in Tung Chung district
	$440 in Discovery Bay district

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories Districts (Out of warranty):	$400 (Portable Air Conditioner)

	$340 (Other products)

Outlying Islands (Out of warranty):	$480 in Tung Chung district (Portable Air Conditioner)
	$420 in Tung Chung district (Other products)
	$740 in Discovery Bay district (Portable Air Conditioner)
	$680 in Discovery Bay district (Other products)

Except the districts mentioned above, pick-up and delivery service are not available in others outlying islands (E.g. Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Sunny Bay & Disneyland).
If delivery to the designated address can only be done by stairs, a stair fee of $30 per floor will be charged (Calculated from the ground floor).

(5) On-site training service:

Customers can enjoy one-time of on-site training service which need make an appointment by contacting our Service Center hotline (+852 2237 1313). The service date and time will be arranged by the technician of our Service Center. Customers can select the language (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) used in the training.
On-site training service is provided for De'Longhi Fully Automatic Coffee Machine, which includes: EPAM960.75.GLM/ECAM650.85.MS/ECAM45.760.W/ECAM370.95.T/ECAM370.95.T/ECAM23.460.S /ECAM23.260.SB/ECAM350.35.W/ETAM29.510.SB
On-site training service is provided for De'Longhi Pump Coffee Machine, which includes: EC9665M
Note: The following models do not provide on-site teaching service: ESAM.04.110.B/ESAM.22.110.SB/ECAM250.33.TB/ECAM250.23/ECAM23.120.B/ECAM290.61/ECAM23.460.B/ECAM23.420.SW/EC9155/EC9355
On-site training service can be arranged in urban area, Tung Chung & Discovery Bay. On-site training service is not available for other outlying islands (E.g. Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Sunny Bay & Disneyland).
