Return Policy

  1. Once the order has been confirmed, De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop shall not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
  2. De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop provides the highest quality of service and the best products to you. All the products have been strictly inspected before shipment. If you received any destroyed or defective products, De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop shall follow up and make the appropriate arrangement as soon as possible according to the following procedures.

  3. If you have any problems with the product quality, please contact De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop Service Center at (852) 8108 9838 or email to delonghi@sunwellhk.com  with the order number, the product code, a photo of the defective part of the product/faulty product (either one) and the quantity within 7 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned to us for inspection upon receiving our approval. Exchange shall be arranged ONLY if the product is faulty or sent in error.

  4. De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop shall examine the returned products. If they are eligible for return or exchange under our Terms of Use, De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop shall arrange an exchange as soon as possible.

  5. De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop shall not be liable for product damages arising from improper use or own negligence.

  6. Please keep the complete set of products (including packaging box, accessories and user manual) in a good condition and the exchanged product must be in its original state and not be used.

  7. De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop reserves the right to reject any exchange requests if the product surface is damaged or the complete set of product (including all complimentary parts and packaging box) cannot be provided.

  8. An exchange must be a product of the same model, in the same color and size. 

  9. Product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.

  10. Under some circumstances, the products to be exchanged or the ordered products may be out of stock. In this case, we shall replace it with a product at the same price by mutual consent. If not, we will refund the full payment to you by the same method as you made your original payment.

  11. In the event of any dispute, De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop reserves the right of the final decision.

  12. De'Longhi Group Hong Kong eShop reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
